With futurist trends heading towards a generation that seeks information online as well as a specific set of skills, knowledge and experience, the CPCA believes this directory will provide a competitive edge for marketing our member's counselling services across Canada to the public, insurance providers, EAP contractors and government for verification of your legitimacy. All members who are in "good standing" will be approved to list their contact information in the directory on an annual basis. It allows our members to login to their directory listing once it has been approved and make any changes to their contact information.

I am a virtual counsellor in Ontario. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck , or unsure why they keep experiencing the same patterns - especially after thinking their way through it but nothing seems to change. Working together to make sense of what they are experiencing without forcing change. Rather than trying to fix or manage anything , I focus on helping them understand reactions and emotions as protective mechanisms that once worked but that currently feel confusing or unreasonable.
My work consists of going at my clients pace , as understanding and making sense of experiences allows for change that happens naturally and is long lasting.
